Weather report as it relates to wild barley:

We have had very heavy rains all of Israel over the last two days. It serves to water the crops of Elohim and causes the barley to be ready in its promised season. However, the crops that do not belong to him, those that he does not plant, are suffering from flooding, erosion, and runoff of topsoil.

Deut 11:8-12

Israelis, especially the religious, like to claim that all rain is a blessing from “Hashem” however I can prove to you in the scriptures that it is not. They no longer read the Tanakh they listen to the rabbis who tell them what to believe.

1 Sam 12:15-21

The wild barley is doing fine and will be ready on Yehovah’s timetable. It started receiving rain at the last possible moment as it needed to receive its rain at the beginning of its 90-day development and that’s exactly what happened.

After we have a bit of a dry spell I’ll go out and take some samples and we’ll take a look at the stage of development the barley has achieved against the projected possible April Wave Sheaf. Snow carries nitrogen to the soil. I’m happy for the snow on the mountains today.

Prayers for my husband’s health and strength would be appreciated.

It’s been a rough week and I’m ready to withdraw with my Elohim and rest on Their gift of Shabbat that They gave to Their people.

-Massive flooding on Rokach Street in Tel Aviv
-Massive rain storm in the Mercaz and north, hail reported, numerous roads flooded.
-Nachal Tzipori in the north is almost out of its banks
-the flooding in Jerusalem is due more to the city’s inefficiency of cleaning out the storm drains.Updated Jan 27, 2018, 4:09 AM

# LionsDen I can hear the screaming at a old Russian couple trying to make Aliah loud and clear in the waiting room. No closed office door makes it better to broadcast your voice and set the tone for the next client. The same lady I’ve been facing and will face in few minutes time. Because of the ‘E’ designation of their take-a-ticket number, one member of the couple is not Jewish by birth. At 70 plus how much of a national threat could they be? Or if your mother tongue is Russian and Hebrew is difficult at best when did screaming ever make a foreign tongue easier to understand? I hear the authority saying ‘when I tell you to be quiet you be quiet’ but the person who was being reprimanded had spoken so softly I couldn’t hear what they said. The dazed look of stress and hulimation on their faces when they walked out of her office was heartbreaking. The Russian lady sat beside me in a chair when they left the office. In a minute the authority left her office to another location. I leaned over and softly said to my fellow victim “Hi lo b’seider ciy halev lo b”seider”…. She is not in order because the heart is not in order. All I could offer was a simple statement of truth to offset the sting of injustice. One of the many burdens of Israel. It’s so wrong.Updated Jan 27, 2018, 2:54 PM
