https://easy-yurts.com/pages/luxury-yurtsI’m very excited that we’ve settled on a company to work with for the purchase of a yurt. I was at one point going to built our yurt myself but when I found this company there was no way I could build a yurt in Israel for much less than this one will cost to purchase from Mongolia. Not to mention the wood is hand carved and the yurt comes with a wood burning cookstove, lamb’s wool insulation, cotton canvas outer covering, much more;
so there’s no way for me to beat this price in Israel. https://easy-yurts.com/pages/luxury-yurtsUpdated Jan 28, 2018, 9:51 PM

Jeremiah 8:7 Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her **moedim** : and the turtle (dove) and the crane and the swallow shamar/guard/protect/hedge the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of Yehovah.

Today as we were returning from Tiberius to our house we came up the back road through the kibbutzim and moshavim (farms/orchards/groves) up a winding and steep road that would be similar to a county road in the US.

My husband and I were deeply involved in a conversation and as I round the bend and popped over the hill we all but drove through a large group of swallows diving and darting in their mating season dance. If it had not happened just so, if the swallows were higher in the sky, I wouldn’t have seen them in this moment.

The swallows have returned at their mo’ed to guard their time-of-life/reproduction on The Land. Unfortunately, as I was the driver, there are no photos to provide you with today. You will have to take my testimony as my solemn word.Updated Jan 21, 2018, 3:29 PM

https://www.youtube.com/attribution_link?a=pV19uhVllqE&u=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DTFuj7sXVnIU%26feature%3DshareI took a weaving class last week. My eye is on learning the steps to hand process the wild flax of the Galilee into linen. This year will probably consist more of harvesting the seeds for next year’s planting and maybe experimenting with a small bundle of flax to linen. But what a wonderful blessing that the same flax that graced the area when Yeshua walked here is still available for me to use in the process. It just amazes me as I look across the land and see the destruction created by our modern age: clearing and scaring of the earth; that Elohim has kept his protecting hand on so much of what we need to determine the biblical calendar. Living here I want to shout to the world HOW can you say these things are no longer important when Yehovah Himself has taken the care to preserve them?!

In watching the video I couldn’t help but notice how the plant was ‘uprooted’ from its nativity (as Abraham), and soaked in water (the word), then it was left to dry and die in the sun (drying to self/flesh), after the flax was dead and dried it was roughly beaten and cleansed of everything that was not fine or pure linen hairs (whom the Father loves He chastens, being in the world but not of the world) until finally fine linen hair like fibers were produced. The physical steps are such a picture of the selection of the Bride, being The Chosen that are dressed in fine linen, that will be covered by Yeshua’s undivided linen vesture with the fringe and blue ribband in an act of covenant marriage. Those who are known to Him by their works of their pure religion: that is the love and care for one another. Those that keep the commandments of Elohim, those that know Yeshua and love their lives not unto death. Only when the linen is free from any unnecessary fibers can it be spun together with other linen hairs to make the yarn that is woven into a single spotless garment The Bride is adorned in.

The Law is an agricultural language set to the land, plants, and natural systems of the land Israel and Elohim has preserved them for this generation.

Beautiful, truly beautiful.Updated Jan 21, 2018, 5:24 PM

I wanted to write a bit more about last night’s process of capturing a photo of the New Moon.

I have a camera that I can use in an automated setting or in a manual setting. Last night’s visibility factor called for a manual setting so that I would be able to leave the shutter open longer to gather in more light from the moon that was being dimmed by the atmospheric cold air haze/fog. On manual mode, I would have been able to leave the shutter open nearer to 20 seconds if the winds had not been blowing in a storm. However, with the strong winds, the tripod was useless as the camera could not maintain a steady immovable position in the wind. The camera was hopelessly shaking with each wind burst. Even with the camera in my hands and with me resting my body against the car the gusts of wind were able to move the camera in my hands. Long-exposure was out of the question. It would not produce a clear crisp photo.

Instead, I had to use an autofocus setting and rely on the camera to chose my settings while I focused on my target. My target, the moon, was near a bank of cloud just below it making autofocus was a bit tricky, I had to keep the clouds out of the focus field. I knew I would have very few minutes to photograph the moon in auto mode. Not only was I racing the clock against the clouds that were quickly riding in on the strong winds, but in autofocus there comes a time when the level of darkness in your surroundings tell your camera it must use flash. When this process takes over the light of the moon is completely washed out by the flash of the camera. The only thing that is photographed in this situation is a black screen.

I took many, many photos last night until the automated flash took over. The window I had for the process was roughly about 5 minutes before the darkness because too great for the automated flash.

After this comes loading the equipment back in the car and unloading at the house. Then uploading the 30 or more photos to the computer hoping and praying that ONE, just one photo out of all of those would not be blurred by the winds.

This is why I believe last night’s photographing of the moon was more than just the FEW camera skills I have. I believe it was a bit supernatural that we were able to grab a photo at all. The INMS stated that it was difficult to impossible to see the moon in the North of Israel last night due to the atmospheric conditions. Yes, I think it is right to say that Elohim was on our side and it was His will the Rosh Chodesh be seen from the North of Israel.

The New Moon was NOT seen from Jerusalem last night:

“Hi all
The new moon was seen from Israel.
Moshe Glantz saw the moon from Yerucham 17:15
Most of Israel was haze/clouds/humidity so from central and northern Israel it was much harder if possible at all
Regards
Gadi”

Being in the north it was a blessing that I was able to see the Rosh Chodesh as Gadi put it “it was MUCH harder”.Updated Jan 19, 2018, 9:54 AM
