There will be less news on this page from me in the coming months until after the beginning of the biblical year is determined. I’m out on the roads a lot looking for viable locations that hold promise to offer the ‘beginning firstfruits’ for the year. We can’t always simply assume it always going to be the same field or that there’s not an earlier field waiting to be discovered. Today I looked at three locations that I will visit several more times over the next couple of months in addition to keeping my eye on last year’s ‘beginning firstfruits’ field. Plus in March a group of us will be running the length of the nation with Brian looking at other known early fields. I’m glad I have an economy car because I’m running the wheels off that little thing. :)Updated Jan 16, 2018, 5:26 PM

“Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian leader, will ask the EU foreign ministers to recognize “Palestine”
The Palestinian Authority continues efforts to gain EU recognition of the state of “Palestine”.
Chinese news agency Xinhua reported.
Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas will meet with European Union foreign ministers on January 22 in Brussels to ask them to recognize a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.”Updated Jan 8, 2018, 9:46 AM

Crews from the Nature and Parks authority and Antiquities department along with occupation forces raid the land of Khaled Al-Zeer in ***Silwan***

Remeber the Silwan neighborhood starts where the Pool of Silwan ends after it exits from Hezekiah’s Tunnel. It’s no wonder that we see the Parks and Antiquities Authority here. The Arab is telling them he and his family are living in the caves that he is digging in this location. I don’t think the authorities are buying it.Updated Jan 7, 2018, 7:32 PM
